Who we are
SynS Infrastructure is a technical studio operating under a trade name. The site is operated by its engineering team. For data enquiries, contact team@synsinfra.com or hello@synsinfra.com.
What we collect and why
Enquiry form data
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), project type, budget range, timeline, and project description. This information is stored in a Supabase (Postgres) database and used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not share this data with third parties beyond the tools listed below. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible Analytics or Google Analytics 4, configured to respect your browser's Do Not Track signal and to not use fingerprinting). No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics. Aggregate data (page views, referrer sources, approximate geography) is used to understand which content is useful.
Cookies
This site sets only technical cookies necessary for operation (session continuity). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies, no persistent marketing identifiers.
